What is an Earth Guardian?
A Steward of Self, Land & Life
An Earth Guardian lives in relationship with the Earth—protecting, regenerating and serving the places and communities they belong to. A conscious being who honors the sacred interconnection between Self, Land, and Life. They are stewards of the Earth and keepers of ancestral and spiritual wisdom. Earth Guardians live in harmony with nature, act with integrity, and serve as bridges between the visible and invisible, the modern and the ancient, the individual and the collective.

Earth Guardian Program
A transformative journey to awaken your inner guardian — reconnecting with nature, spirit, and purpose through Earth-based living, ancestral wisdom, and regenerative practices.
Becoming an Earth Guardian is a 6-month immersion program into self-growth, earth rhythms, ecological education, and spiritual cultivation. Participants will learn to live regeneratively, listen to the land, learn indigenous ways, and embody the values of stewardship, community, and service.
Each month, anchored in one element, focuses on one pillar of guardianship: from self-mastery and ancestral remembrance to regenerative design and community collaboration.
This is a hands-on regenerative skills — herbalism, permaculture, and natural building — while deepening your spiritual practice through meditation, elemental qi gong, and nature connection rituals.

Imagine lush abundant trees, clean rivers, coral reefs restored, and conscious humans being responsible for our home.
To ensure alignment with our values, this program requires an interview process with commitments, expectations, and agreements. We believe in cultivating a harmonious and collaborative environment for everyone involved. 🤝

The Principles We Walk With
The Earth Guardian Apprenticeship is guided by principles that shape how we relate to ourselves, one another, the land, and the wider living world. These are not abstract ideas or rules to memorize. They are practices to embody through daily choices, shared work, reflection, and service.
Sacred Reciprocity
Receive with gratitude and give back through care, contribution, and respect.
Deep Listening
Slow down and listen to the heart, body, community, land, water, and wisdom of silence.
Regeneration
Make choices that restore relationships and leave people, communities, and ecosystems more alive.
Unity
Remember that personal, community, and planetary wellbeing are inseparable while honoring our differences.
Embodied Wisdom
Transform knowledge into lived practice through reflection, hands-on experience, and daily action.
Right Relationship
Relate with honesty, humility, consent, accountability, and a willingness to repair harm.
Service
Carry what we learn into meaningful contribution guided by genuine needs and respect for place.
To become a Guardian is not to claim a title or arrive at a final destination. It is to develop the capacity to listen, participate, care, repair, and serve—again and again—with humility and devotion to life.

Heal Yourself. Restore the Land. Awaken the World.
Becoming an Earth Guardian is more than a program — it’s a movement. Each lesson brings you closer to wholeness: healing your inner landscape while regenerating the outer one. Rooted in Indigenous wisdom and modern ecological design, this journey empowers you to live in harmony, restore ecosystems, and lead from the heart. The transformation of the planet begins with the transformation of you.

Land and Water Stewards
We envision a thriving network of Earth Guardians — individuals and communities who live in harmony with the land and each other. Spreading and sharing ancestral wisdom from where the Mamo's once called the "Esophagus of the Great Ancestral America" the land of the Colibri.
Across the landscapes of the Abiayala, once-degraded lands are now flourishing food forests, alive with birdsong, pollinators, and the laughter of people tending the soil. The forests stand tall again, rivers run clear, and the air is rich with the scent of abundance. Farmers, herbalists, and builders work hand in hand with the rhythms of nature, cultivating a regenerative economy rooted in reciprocity and respect. Each Earth Guardian contributes their unique gift — whether through growing food, crafting medicine, teaching, or caring for the wild — forming a living web of restoration and purpose.
This is a world where human presence enriches rather than extracts. Communities are nourished by local food, clean water, and deep connection. Youth find meaning in tending the Earth, elders are honored for their wisdom, and the land itself becomes our greatest teacher. The vision is not one of survival, but of thriving — where people and ecosystems regenerate together. Joining Becoming an Earth Guardian is stepping into this future now — becoming part of a movement that plants the seeds of abundance, heals the Earth, and ensures a legacy of beauty, balance, and belonging for generations to come.

The hummingbird is the "Mamo" that was left in ancient times to carry the energy of the seed, which in biology is called pollen, and spread it throughout the world.
We are the producers of that energy, and it is responsible for spreading it throughout the world.
By uniting with this hummingbird, we are giving it good pollen so that it can carry it around and germinate what we are thinking.
The hummingbird is willing to propagate, but we must sow it with good thoughts.
Costa Rica is the meeting point of the hummingbird where the pollen spreads throughout the universe.
Come and help us activate that pollen so that it may be carried to the world with good intentions.
Costa Rica,
the land of the hummingbird
