Built in 2008 by Gregory S. Part of Fuente Verde neighborhood, which is originally an organic farm project designed according to permaculture principles. The structure's purpose has changed over the years and served as a school, community space, hostel, retreat space, and now with the intention to be an Education and Retreat space.
