We invite you to join us in our 10 week Silent Challenge
The intention is to explore the benefits of silence for 10 weeks. You will set aside 2 hrs each Saturday to explore this practice. It is encouraged that you meditate everyday in the morning at the same time if possible for the week’s challenge time or longer. You will be guided briefly in the beginning of each meditation.
This is an opportunity to explore the healing medicine of your presence intentionally guiding yourself into the heart space.

Every Saturday October 5th-December 7th

In person at EcoMaste or Diamante Luz or online Via Zoom

Prep:
• Make a list of Silent karma yoga things that you can do alone. During this time you would not be using technology, listening to music, making eye contact with people, reading, or connecting/consuming with or from the “outside” world.
• Ideal things to do: gardening, cleaning, organizing, food preparation, making altar spaces. The idea is to do whatever activity very slowly. Plan to tackle the bigger projects earlier in the challenge, when you have more time in the karma yoga section to do so.
• Add the challenge to your calendar
• Download the Insight Timer app
• The invitation is to meditate first thing in the morning for the week’s challenge time or longer
• See what arises. If you want to, go further.
10 week Challenge Structure
Week 1- 20 mins silent meditation 1hr 40 silent karma yoga
Week 2- 30 mins silent meditation 1hr 30 min karma yoga
Week 3- 40 min silent meditation 1hr 20 min karma yoga
Week 4- 50 min silent meditation 1hr 10 karma yoga
Week 5- 60 min silent meditation 1 hr karma yoga
Week 6- 70 min silent meditation 50 mins karma yoga
Week 7- 80 min silent meditation 40 mins karma yoga
Week 9- 90 min silent meditation 30 mins karma yoga
Week 10-1 hr 40min silent meditation 20 mins karma yoga
