Join Amanda Luna, in house herbalist of Ecomaste for a transformative journey, where you'll immerse yourself in the art of crafting intentional herbal infusions that nurture holistic wellness and foster a profound connection with nature. We will first connect to the land and the story of Ecomaste and do a brief tour of the herbal gardens. Then we will shift into the class room Learn the alchemy of herbal wisdom as we guide you to create: 🔥Fire Cider support digestion, increases metabolism & immunity or 🌱Herbal Oil (whatever is in abundance & in season curry, gotu kola, rosemary) 🕊Smudge sticks (cleansing and blessing energy) You will leave feeling inspired and empowered with your own hand crafted smudge stick and your own hand crafted fire cider or herbal oil! Explore using these different herbal allies to nourish your well-being long after the workshop ends. In addition to this magical herbal deep dive, indulge in a wholesome farm-to-table lunch will be provided. After our herbal exploration, you're welcome to enjoy our beautiful the river.
