Regeneration Through Practice
The Permaculture Manager is the primary steward of EcoMaste's growing systems. The role connects:
Soil → Seed → Plant → Harvest → Regeneration
You'll work with the Core Team to maintain the land while improving systems that future stewards can continue.
This is a hands-on stewardship and leadership role.

Soil & Fertility

Water + Tools
Maintain irrigation, watering rhythms and organized garden tools.
