The House Manager is the primary steward of EcoMaste's lodge, guest experience and hospitality systems. You help create a space that feels:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, organization, people and entrepreneurial projects.
What You'll Steward
House
Keep the lodge organized, guest-ready and running smoothly.
Hospitality
Welcome guests, support check-ins and create a thoughtful guest experience.
Products
Help manage Feria, the EcoMaste shop, honey and product inventory.
Local Partnerships
Help develop relationships with local stores, businesses, guests and collaborators.
Your Core Responsabilities

Coordinate house, rooms, linens and cleaning systems

Welcome guests and support arrivals/departures

Maintain household and product inventory

Manage Feria and on-site product systems

Help expand EcoMaste honey/products into local stores

Support guest referrals and local partnerships
-
Document systems for the next steward
