Morning

• 7:00 AM: Intention setting with Morning Meditation

• 8:00 AM: Nourishing breakfast

Mid-Morning

• 9:30 AM: Movement Medicine practice, connecting with the body and its natural rhythms

• 11:00 AM: Elemental Living Practices, embracing the elemental forces within and around you

Afternoon

• 12:00 PM: Delicious and balanced lunch to replenish the body and mind

• 1-4:30 PM: Integration & Creative Expression Time

Mid-Afternoon

• 4:30 PM: Elemental Playshops & Embodiment

Evening

• 6:30 PM: Dinner with thoughtfully curated dishes to promote physical and spiritual well-being

• 8:30 PM: Evening gathering for group reflections and gentle wind-down activities
