Through a blend of herbal theory, hands-on medicine-making, embodied movement, and sensory plant connection, you’ll learn the foundations of herbal energetics, plant identification, and regenerative health practices. This immersion offers a grounded entry into herbalism as a lived, relational practice rather than a purely academic one.

By the end of the week, you’ll leave with practical skills, a personal plant journal, and the confidence to continue walking the herbal path in daily life.

🌕 Daily Rhythm

Mornings focus on learning and exploration, middays on hands-on practice, and afternoons on integration, reflection, and time with the land. Optional evening offerings include tea ceremonies, plant meditations, or herbal film nights.
