You will nourished with vibrant delicious food, 1 group yoga class, introduction to the land and stunning nature therapy.

1 Day- Check in 3pm- Welcome Dinner

2 Day -  Morning herbal tea, Introduction to Land , brunch, free time, dinner, relaxation.

3 Day - Morning Yoga smoothie, breakfast, explore the river, dinner, wind down.

4 Day- Choose your own practice, breakfast, check out 12pm until next time :)
