In a world that moves too fast, it’s easy to lose touch with our natural rhythm. We overthink, overwork, and live in constant stimulation — until we begin to feel disconnected, scattered, and depleted.
Natural Rhythms offers a sacred pause — a space to slow down and return to the intelligence of being.
Through meditation, silence, breath, and elemental practices inspired by the Awaken the Elements teachings, participants are guided back into connection with their body, nature, and their innate rhythm.
This 7-night retreat invites you to rest deeply, listen inwardly, reconnect with nature, and remember what feels natural, simple, and true.
Blending silent retreat foundations with movement, elemental practices, authentic connection, ancestral wisdom, creativity, and community, this experience supports both deep inner restoration and joyful aliveness.
The Journey
Day 1 — Arrival & Rooting
Coming Home to Presence
Your journey begins with a gentle landing into the lush stillness of Costa Rica. The first day is designed for grounding, orientation, and easeful arrival.
You’ll be guided through:
Grounding meditation to release travel tension and arrive in the body
Opening circle to set intentions and connect with the energy of the land
Orientation to retreat flow — silence, mindful eating, and daily rhythm
Nourishing welcome dinner shared in community
Gentle breath and movement practice to prepare for silence
Days 2–4 — Silence & Foundations
Witness & Allow
Beginning on the second day, we enter into three full days of silence.
As silence begins, the outer world quiets — and the inner world opens.
These days are devoted to mindfulness, nervous system restoration, embodied awareness, and deep inner listening through the foundations of Hridaya-inspired meditation practices.
The retreat rhythm is intentionally spacious, allowing time to soften, slow down, and reconnect with yourself beyond distraction and constant stimulation.
You’ll experience:
Hridaya Inspired Meditation — observing the mind, softening judgment, and resting in the awareness of the spiritual heart
Qi Gong — balancing energy flow and grounding through movement
Pranayama — using breath to focus, release, and transform
Yoga — moving with alignment and presence; meditation in motion

Yoga Nidra – Deep rest for subconscious healing and integration
In stillness, silence becomes your greatest teacher. You begin to sense the rhythm of life moving effortlessly through you.
Days 5–7 — Integration & Embodiment
Returning to your Rhythm
As silence gently lifts, expression and creativity return.
These final days guide you to integrate insight into action — to embody what you’ve remembered and reconnect with life from a more grounded and authentic place.
Integration Workshops may include:
Authentic Circling — presence, listening, and authentic connection
Creative Expression — art, journaling, movement, music, or voice
Elemental Rhythms — reconnecting with the wisdom of the five elements
Herbalism & Tea Ritual — nourishing body and spirit through plant medicine
Sound & Voice Activation — awakening energy through mantra and vibration
Beach immersion & nature connection
Conscious communication practices
Evening music, song, movement, or dance
Simple winding down and receiving the echos of your silence

Take a pause from stimulants coffee, tobacco, recreational substances, alcohol, technology and constant productivity recommended to take a pause from stimulants for at least 2 week prior and ideally continue or limit stimulants after retreat
Be in your own energy: no sexual interactions with yourself or others 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after
Explore feeling lighter with healthy and delicious vegetarian meals.
