Reclaim your Sacred Cycle

The time is now, to reclaim your sacred cycle. The physical representation of the potential of life. Our indigenous brothers and sisters used to celebrate this time. Women were honored for their blood and how closely we mirror the moon, and the seasons. We were given the opportunity to rest because the tribe trusted that this would empower the tribe as a whole, and it did. Amanda Marsh, Herbalist, Wild Woman Project Facilitator and Yoga Instructor will take you on a journey to call back your power. She will begin with educating you about your cycle. Explaining the transformation your body is going through, how to track your cycle, and other resources to help you explore this sacred time. We no longer need to be ashamed of our blood, it is a fertile sacred substance that can be used in a variety of ways. Amanda will describe different practices, rituals, and diy recipes and art projects to celebrate your divine feminine goddess. 

-You will be guided through the different archetypes, Moon cycles and seasons and how they relate to your cycle. 

-You will learn about how to recognize these phases within so you can be empowered and divinely guided to birth your amazing ideas into fruition.
