We were given the opportunity to rest because the tribe trusted that this would empower the tribe as a whole, and it did. Amanda Marsh, Herbalist, Wild Woman Project Facilitator and Yoga Instructor will take you on a journey to call back your power. She will begin with educating you about your cycle.
